Tororo is a town located in southeastern Uganda, near the border with Kenya. It is the main municipal, administrative, and commercial centre of Tororo District. The town is situated approximately 230 kilometres (143 miles) east of Kampala, the capital city of Uganda.

Tororo Rock:Tororo Rock is a prominent landmark in the town, offering beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding area. Busitema Forest: Located 24 kilometres (15 miles) from Tororo. Busitema Forest is one of the less explored rain forests in Uganda. If you are a nature lover you will love Busitema Forest, Uganda Safari tours offers bird watching, and nature walk tours and you will most likely see monkeys; Busitema forest is home to a large number of Olive baboons and other species such as Vervet monkeys, black and white Colobus monkeys.
